Do I need to be certified to sell ACA On-Exchange plans?

Yes. To sell On-Exchange health plans through healthcare.gov, you have to complete Federally-Facilitated Marketplace Training (FFM) and State-Based Exchange Training (SBE) every year. FFM training can be completed through the CMS Enterprise Portal and SBE training is required through each specific SBE licensed state portal that you are licensed in.
